Notifications and on-call

We have an automated on-call system in place to ensure that our assistance reaches the customer as quickly as possible, 24/7, based on a text message with a keyword for each cottage/cabin. Messages are sent to +358 45 7396 0105 (this number only receives messages, calling will give an error)

Normal notifications

Send an SMS: KEYWORD with your message in plain text
Replace the keyword with your the keyword found in the cottage/cabin. This will send the notification or other information to our administrator. The message does not require immediate action. As a rule, these notifications are processed from 9 am to 4 pm on weekdays.


Send an SMS: KEYWORD! and with your message in plain text
Replace the keyword! with a keyword! of your own from the cottage/cabin. This will send an emergency message to us via on-call system. For example, In a case you have lost your key, the key box is not working or some other similar situation that prevents you from using the cottage/cabin.
