The Reservable Lean-to Shelter at Verla is located in the heart of the area, on the eastern bank of the rapids, in a fine lakeside landscape. The lean-to is open to all visitors to Verla who wish to sit down for a moment in peace to make a fire (or tulistelemaan - to warm up/cook a snack over an open fire).

Use of the Lean-to
The use of the lean-to always requires a reservation. Use without a reservation is naturally prohibited.
When using the lean-to, always remember to clean up after yourself and ensure that your activities do not cause disturbance.
Making a fire is prohibited during grass and forest fire warnings.
Overnight stays at the lean-to are prohibited.
Vehicle Parking
Vehicles can be parked at the designated parking area located about 100m away in the direction of the Seuratalo (Community Hall).
Parking vehicles at the lean-to itself is prohibited.
Verla Forest Trail
The Verla Forest Trail starts about 150m from the lean-to, and the lean-to can be conveniently used for, say, a group's snack break after an enjoyable and informative 2 km hike.
